Expand Networks offers a full range of training and certification programs for partners and customers. The Expand Networks Training Program (ENTP) is designed for all levels of technical personnel providing a concise understanding of Expand technology. Course objectives include theory, discussions, and practical exercises that will prepare the technical engineer for installing, optimizing, supporting and troubleshooting Expand products. Expand recognizes that training while essential is also valuable time away from the field. In the spirit of partnership, Expand has invested in state-of-the art e-learning program to maximize ease and make it accessible and convenient to stay current on all of Expand's products.

Our Gold level partners are required to have at least one Expand Compass Certified Professional (ECCP) on staff to remain in good status. Our Platinum level partners should have two Expand Certified employees, one of them being at the Expand Compass Certified Associate level (ECCA). Each certification lasts two years.

We recommend that all end users have at least one Expand Compass Certified Professional (ECCP) on staff to ensure that the Expand Platform is continuously optimized as a business changes and grows over time.
For customers who have implemented a number of the Expand Compass Platform Features such as WAFS, ExpandView and other WAN optimization features, we also highly recommend having at least one member of staff trained up to the Expand Compass Certified Associate level (ECCA). Both the ECCP and the ECCA certification last for two years.

Expand has created preparation courses for each area, as well as the certification exams. There are also practice exams available. Hands-on installation experience is highly recommended before taking the ECCP exam, and required before taking the ECCA exam.

Purchasing of the e-learning modules and certification test can all be done on-line via credit card. Classroom-based course must be paid for at the time of booking.
