Expand Networks Support Program (ENSP) is a global support program that is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Through ENSP, customers are able to achieve operational efficiency while taking advantage of the ongoing technological enhancements of the Expand Accelerators.
Maintenance Services Descriptions

On-line Support (customer portal access)
Maintenance Customers are granted access to Expand's Extranet including the software center, on-line case logging and resolution, tech tips, knowledge base and many other technical resources.
Telephone Support 

9x5 Telephone Support: Our qualified technical specialists provide 9x5 support for Accelerator software and hardware inquiries, including problem analysis and simulation over the phone; and dispatching field engineers for onsite support.

24x7 Telephone Support: Our qualified technical specialists provide 24x7 support for Accelerator software and hardware inquiries, including problem analysis and simulation over the phone; and dispatching field engineers for onsite support.

Software Maintenance

We provide free upgrades for new features support and bug fixes: including software maintenance revision, workarounds, patches and software revision notes. Once your software maintenance service has been activated, you will receive a username and password to gain access to the Expand FTP server where you will be able to download the latest ExpandOS.
Hardware Maintenance

Back to the factory hardware warranty:
Expand provides products Repair Maintenance Service for all equipment. When notified of problems concerning faulty Accelerator units or spare parts, equipment will be fixed or replaced once received back to Expand.

Advanced Replacement:
When notified of problems concerning faulty Accelerator units or spare parts, Expand guarantees replacements will be shipped out on the day they are requested (if requested before 4 PM EST).
