We provide free upgrades for new features support and bug fixes: including software maintenance revision, workarounds, patches and software revision notes. Once your software maintenance service has been activated, you will receive a username and password to gain access to the Expand FTP server where you will be able to download the latest ExpandOS.

Back to the factory hardware warranty: Expand provides products Repair Maintenance Service for all equipment. When notified of problems concerning faulty Accelerator units or spare parts, equipment will be fixed or replaced once received back to Expand.
Advanced Replacement: When notified of problems concerning faulty Accelerator units or spare parts, Expand guarantees replacements will be shipped out on the day they are requested (if requested before 4 PM EST).
